Hello we bought this Seiki tv in November 2015 and two days ago (Sept.2016) the screes goes blue. The sound still works but I can't get the pic to show. I contacted Seiki because paperworks says still under warranty (1 year) they had me send pics and paperwork via email and said I have to pay for shipping to them but the shipping will cost me close to 100.00 (expensive) Do you know if this is something I can fix myself.
