I purchased my Seiki LED TV SE32HXCITCA August 11,2017,with features of You Tube, Netflix and Accuweather. Accuweather fu nctioned for a few months only and I cannot get answers from them why the screen is blank and 'm no longer getting the service.
Also the remote does not work well despite changing batteries.
I bought this in Montreal, Quebec at Canadian Tire,and would like to know who is responsible for the service, last reply from Accuweather was to send a screenshot, I do not know how to provide thi, the screen is blank so nothing to see there. I do not know how to make a video or attach a photo
