What happen: you tell me one day I turn on my tv and the picture was so dark with a black bar going the middle of the tv. When did it happen: about a month ago I been so mad made me not to think to complaint but I'm doing it this tv is not that old I might had it over year and a half I don't think it right for you spend you hard earn money which I'm still paying for it off my credit card and it went out like that now I have to save on a tv that I cant afford again. Seiki Digital - TV quit after just 3 years

I bought a 47 inch Seiki TV about 3 years ago. It has never worked right.

The volumn button never worked only on the remote and now the TV will no longer turn on. The blue light comes on and the screen flickers a minute than nothing. The quality of the picture is awful and the sound is terrible. Never will I ever buy another TV from this company.

Very bad quality. I guess you get what you pay for.

I wish I would have looked online before purchasing this TV. I have nothing more to say but that the TV sucks and I dont have 100 words to put on this.

My Seiki SE40FYM WILL NOT CONNECT TO CABLE. This TV ALONG WITH 2 other similar models in my Thor RV WONT CONNECT TO CABLE

Seiki Digital - TV blue light on, router on, no picture.

Lately had to wait up to 7 minutes for picture to appear. Pushing ALL buttons on remote control had no affect. Model number is SE39HEO2. Am disabled so cannot get in back of set for Serial Number. If possible, can it be serviced locally (Everett, WA) ?

Tried calling Customer service at noon today - Sept 5, 2018 - and got same message as last night. " Please call between normal business hours. " and was utnable to talk to anyone or leave a message. Wha

I was emailed to call a new number. Turns out it was Westinghouse.

The phone contact told me to take a photo of the sales receipt, the tv set showing no picture and the blue power light on, and the back of the set with the model number.

This was emailed to them, no response. I think I will call on the phone again although my warranty date has passed.

Just like these other reviews, Seiki will not respond, or they tell me I am contacting the wrong place. A very apologetic CS person at Seiki suggested I write a letter.

I plan to report my troubles to the consumer folks at my local news. You should do the same.

I purchased my Seiki LED TV SE32HXCITCA August 11,2017,with features of You Tube, Netflix and Accuweather. Accuweather fu nctioned for a few months only and I cannot get answers from them why the screen is blank and 'm no longer getting the service.

Also the remote does not work well despite changing batteries.

I bought this in Montreal, Quebec at Canadian Tire,and would like to know who is responsible for the service, last reply from Accuweather was to send a screenshot, I do not know how to provide thi, the screen is blank so nothing to see there. I do not know how to make a video or attach a photo
