Brought a 39" 4K Ultra in December 2013 it worked fine until June 6, 2014 started by sending emails to Cust. Service but, no replies from the Emails and if u call it only keeps you on hold then drop the call saying leave a message for them to most likely I will never hear back. They better take this piece of junk back.

my 50" lasted 8 months and went out i had to ship it to Ca. cost $200.00 they have not done anything yet. no contact!
dont even think about this chinese rip off! I have several other flat screens this and a sony are the only ones i had to go out!
