My 50" LED TV died in less than a year. Black screen no display.

Called Seiki's customer service many times, no answer whatsoever.

Left many messages on their answer machine but no one has ever called back.

Then turns to email. After wasting many weeks emailing them, they ask me to ship the TV back to them for warranty replacement.

I paid FedEx a big shipping fee to ship to them but Seiki told me the TV was damaged in shipping and refused to honor the warranty. FedEx did an inspection and found no damage to the shipping box. So it's only possible that any damage would have happened after it's delivered.

Their warranty is just a sham. First, you could not reach anyone to handle the warranty service. Then the shipping cost is as much as buying another TV. Then they'll just claim the TV is damaged in shipping and refuse to honor it.

Worst service I've ever seen. Very bad quality, will never buy their products again.
