I just hooked up my brand new Seiki tv and could not believe my eyes when I saw the vertical line from the top of the screen to the bottom of the screen. I sent Tigerdirect.com an e-mail requesting a refund. I mentioned in my e-mail to Tigerdirect.com that I did not want a replacement Seiki tv since I read several posts this morning from people that purchased Seiki tv's that either did not work... I bought a SEIKI TV from KMART on 2/23/13. It stopped working 07/2013. Within the one yr. warranty I returned it to SEIKI mid September. As of 12/19/13, I am still waiting. Tried calling SEIKI, after being on hold about an hour, I was disconnected. Called again another day, after 45 mins. they said they didn't have a similar set available, so they sent my replacement order "somewhere else". ... Read more

Seiki does not honor their warranties. Last Christmas, we purchased a TV for my boyfriends mother from Tiger Direct. It was made by Seiki. The television worked until September when the picture went out. I called Seiki's customer service line and got a case number, and per their instructions, mailed the set back to them.
