Purchased brand new Seiki TV from Brandsmart USA in July 2014. TV started showing distorted pictures in September 2014. Called Seiki 15 times and counting, have received promises of refund (no replacement on large TV). I just hooked up my brand new Seiki tv and could not believe my eyes when I saw the vertical line from the top of the screen to the bottom of the screen. I sent an e-mail requesting a refund. I bought a SEIKI TV from KMART on 2/23/13. It stopped working 07/2013. Within the one yr. warranty I returned it to SEIKI mid September. As of 12/19/13, I am still waiting. Tried calling SEIKI, after being on hold about an hour, I was disconnected. Called again another day, after 45 mins. they said they didn't have a similar set available, so they sent my replacement order "somewhere else". ... Read more

Seiki does not honor their warranties. Last Christmas, we purchased a TV for my boyfriends mother from Tiger Direct. It was made by Seiki. The television worked until September when the picture went out. I called Seiki's customer service line and got a case number, and per their instructions, mailed the set back to them.
