Purchase new tv, 10m under warranty, no picture, shipped back at my exp., they sent back refurbished and when installed had NO sound, they said to buy a sound bar --Cmr serv. agent (if u want to call them that) set to factory default & then no pic or sound.

So what did I get, a defective refurbished tv. We are no 8 weeks in from when I sent them the tv under warranty. I have advised them I have an atty, told them I would have it repaired locally and will settle if they send me a sound bar at no cost. They told me to send this one back & is 8-10 weeks I would get a refund, yeah right!!!!!!

I am suing them which originally I don't think they believed. don't ever talk to the Supervisor Cynthia -she is a trained monkey who says she doesn't have a mgr over her to talk to!!!!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

If you are suing them, I would add my experience to you cause. I am sure many others woudl too. I wanted to, but I couldn't afford the lawyer to do so.
